The regular ADCA (Audlem and District Community Action) Coffee Morning will take place at the Lord Combermere on Friday morning (June 27th) this week.

Janet Furber will be giving a short talk starting just before 11:00am, although the coffee and chat will commence at 10am.

ADCA

The aim of ADCA (Audlem and District Community Action) is to provide welfare support to vulnerable and social isolated adults and older people within Audlem and District which promotes social inclusion, community participation and independence.

ADCA was established in 2010 as a local social enterprise to take over the running of the existing day club for older people based at Thornton House which was being closed by Age UK (Cheshire). With the support of Audlem Parish Council, Cheshire East Council, Wulvern Housing, Audlem Medical Practice, local churches, staff, volunteers and local people, ADCA is now a charitable trust which has successfully established and extended its services.
