Many thanks to everyone who helped with the recent weeding of tubs and beds in the village centre.
The time is now approaching when the bulbs and pansies need to be removed in preparation for the planting of the summer bedding.
- Tuesday 8th May and Thursday 10th May – Rip out bulbs and pansies. 18pm – 19.30pm
- Saturday 12th May and Sunday 13th May – Plant summer bedding 9.30am – 12.30am
- Wednesday 16th May – put up hanging baskets – time to be arranged
As usual, meet under the Buttermarket.
Volunteers may take away used bulbs to replant in their own gardens.
