ADAS gift boost

It is very rewarding to all of us on the Executive Committee of ADAS (Audlem District Amenities Society) to report the following.

Marjorie Derbyshire met with me today and handed over the sum collected at the funeral service of her mother, Mrs Florence Carey, with the wish that it be used to help in the work of ADAS in giving the pleasure we do for the village and the district.

Over the past twenty years, we have received quite a number of such gifts and we are very grateful to Marjorie and her family.
