Celery Heart
Ingredients
Celery
Blue soft cheese such as Roquefort or Agur
Small peeled shrimps or prawns
Method
Divide up the celery and wash, cut off the bottom of each individual stick by about 2.5 cms
Wash and drain the shrimps/prawns
Next cut the celery sticks into 2.54 to 3 cm lengths
Spread the cheese into the u of the celery. Some find it easier to spread the cheese before cutting the celery into lengths.
Finally place a single shrimp or prawn onto the cheese.
Place onto a dish.
