ADAPT Saturday stall

At last the growing season is getting underway and ADAPT members will be at their stall in The Lord Combermere car park for the next two Saturdays to sell seedlings ready for the summer and any surplus veg 10am to 12noon.

Items promised include: eggs including some novelty green Arocana eggs. Leeks, Large individuals and bunches of 3 standard. Jerusalem artichokes, to plant now and/or to eat Strawberry plants(this year's runners) Variety Mawhina disease resistant and late fruiting end of June to July.

Gardeners Delight Tomato plants in 4s, 6s or individual-need protection at present
Celeriac seedlings to grow on
Some herbs probably Red Basil and Oregano
Sweet pea plants which have been in a cold frame but would need protection from frost
Aquelegia and other flowers ready to plant
