It's the start of the growing season and the ADAPT SATURDAY MARKET is back!

The stall will appear in the Lord Combermere car park, between 10.00 and 12.00 this Saturday!

To start the year off, this week will mainly be a seedling sale to get your garden growing. It has been a cold start to the season and plants are taking their time getting going, so weather permitting you should find for sale this week:

  • Veg seedlings
  • Tomato plants (all kinds)
  • Sweet strawberry plants (the fruit goes well with cream)
  • Fruit bushes
  • Border perennials (to make your garden look colourful)

The hens have been laying and if you are early enough lovely there will be eggs for sale (not sure if there will be any green one's yet!). And some produce, not sure what. Depends on what can be found to pick on Saturday.

All the produce and plants on the stall are grown in and around Audlem so, if you want to support local gardens and cut down on your air miles, come along on Saturday and see what you can find for sale

If you need it there will be lots of help and advice on how to make your garden grow better. As well as the Saturday stall ADAPT food group meet once a month to discuss garden, growing better plants and food, if you would like to join us just talk to someone on the stall.

See you all on Saturday!
