We are back at the Lord Combermere car park, this Saturday between 10.00-12.00, selling lovely local flowers and produce, picked fresh for the stall. Grown in local gardens, so – low in air miles. Tthere is nothing better than the taste of seasonal vegetables and fruits.

On the stall this week: raspberries, cultivated blackberries, runner and french beans, courgettes, tomatoes. And maybe a cucumber.

Eggs of all sizes and hue, local fresh beautiful honey.

Sweet Peas and dahlias of every colour.

These are some of the items there will be this week, we never know what there will be for sale each week, so come early to get the pick of the bunch.

ADAPT will also have there gazebo up at the RNLI show at Overwater Marina on Sunday.

Hope to see lots of people coming to have a chat and find out about ADAPT, growing your own food, cycling the lanes around Audlem and sustainability.

ADAPT FOOD group will be holding their annual apple pressing soon. If you have lots of apples start collecting them now, chop and pop them into the freezer, you will get a lot more juice when they are pressed. (defrost before bringing to the apple pressing). Don't worry fresh apple press as well. Keep watching for dates and times. This is a great opportunity to get fresh apple juice from your own apples.

Thank you.
