Another week and another ADAPT Saturday Market, held on Saturday morning in the Lord Combermere car park between 10.00-12.00. Come early and get the best choice!

The weather has been fine and the seedlings keep growing. All the plants and produce that are for sale have been lovingly
grown and produced locally, for you to enjoy!

This week there may be at least runner beans, peas, herbs and rocket seedlings plus the odd flower seedling as well. Green eggs could be on the menu as well as the usual brown and white eggs, as long as the hens keep laying.

Most of the produce is still growing to the right size but there should be some Rhubarb for the Sunday crumble. As far as flowers go it's Lily of the Valley all the way.

The Saturday stall is brought to you by ADAPT food group, we are interested in growing and using local food, if you are also interested in sustainability come and join us.

See you on Saturday!
