ADAPT SATURDAY MARKET!

A friendly market stall held every Saturday morning from now to October in the Lord Combermere car park between 10.00-12.00, selling local plants and produce.

This weeks stall will still have lots of plants for you to plant in your garden to make it look colourful or to eat later in the year.

Here are some of the plants:

  • red cabbage
  • main crop sprouts
  • strong cabbage
  • purple sprouting broccoli
  • well grown stringless runner beans
  • polestar (these are in large pots with a 5p deposit)

For the herb garden lots of parsley and oregano. For the flower bed boxes of 6 mixed petunias.

Fresh rhubarb for the Sunday crumble, delicious!

If you are quick, the early bird catches the green eggs, we also have lovely brown and white eggs too.

This is more or less one gentleman's donations to our stall so there will be loads of other plants and produce. So come early and get the pick of the crop!

ADAPT FOOD GROUP meets monthly and talk about growing food and flowers sustainably, if you would like to join us just have a chat with someone on the stall. You don't need to have a garden or any knowledge of gardening to be a member of ADAPT just an interest.

See you Saturday!
