ADAPT SATURDAY MARKET!

Held under the gazebo in the Lord Combermere car park, today, Saturday and most Saturdays during the Summer and Autumn, between 10am and 12pm noon. Selling local plants and produce, a fantastic facility, unique to the fabulous place called Audlem!

The weather is still kind, and we are actually having a summer, but the gardens are needing a lot of watering, some things are early, some late, and some not at all. Out of the Adapt Food Group gardens this week, on the stall for sale. black and red CURRANTS, dessert red gooseberries and lots of lettuce! A few bunches of sweet smelling Sweet Peas.

If you have a space in your garden needing some flowers how about begonia and French marigolds. Culinary wise some fresh herbs. The honey man is missing this week, if he has remembered he will leave us some honey. As usual there will be free range eggs for sale.

The above is just a taster of what might be on the stall this week, some times there isn't time to pick the produce and sometimes something extra pops up. Come along and see for yourself, come early and get the pick of the crop.

See you Saturday!

Thank you
Valerie Mackin
