ADAPT Saturday Market

Our local market is producing its fine zero miles goods with the usual razzamatazz under the Buttermarket this Saturday.

Summer produce, baking and jam making is in full swing.

We have our eggs, cakes, jams and honey, runner beans galore.

They will be picked at 9:45am before the market starts at 10am, along with the cabbage, courgettes, lettuce, chard, spinach, sweet peas , and anything else that we can find in our veg patches.

There is a good selection of herbs and the Dahlia lady is on hand with her vigorous plants all grown from her own seeds.

Come on down and take a look 10am till noon or sooner if we run out.

Late summer fruit is ripening, and if you have excess, don t let them go to waste, pop down to the market, let us know, and we can arrange to take what you don t need and we will process it into something scrumptious.!!!
