ADAPT Cycle Ride tomorrow

Yes, the second Sunday in the month has come around again! We plan to do ride L6, going 'straight' (by a circuitous safer route) to Alderford lake to get there on the early side for lunch then come back the more leisurely route via Browns Moss and perhaps more refreshment at the newly opened community pub, he White Lion at Ash.

Total distance 29 miles but it is surprising how far you can go with company and refreshment stops!!

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
