Accommodation in Audlem?

There was an interesting question posed yesterday on Chatbox which deserves a wider airing. It asked:

"There is a possibility to create a 4 unit accommodation block within walking distance of the village centre and my question is; does anybody on here think they would use it if friends or family were staying?

"Also with so much building work supposedly happening over the next few years surely some trades will come from outside the area and need digs. Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks."
