A525 to close for four weeks

According to prominent signs displayed along the A525 this morning between Audlem and Woore, the A525 will be closed for four weeks from October 13th.

This sounds like major works so perhaps it might even include sorting out the pavement in front of the Post Office or perhaps the promised speed restrictions through Buerton.

We will publish more details about exactly where the road will be closed and what the arrangements are for a diversion, when the information is to hand.
