You would also provide cover as required for our Wednesday lunch club at Hankelow, and occasionally for our other clubs.
You will normally be catering for up to 15 people.
You will be responsible to our Community Services Manager and will work in this physically demanding role in well-equipped modern kitchens, with help from our staff and volunteers.
You will source ingredients and prepare nutritious light meals, taking account of special diets where necessary, which will delight our members and volunteers, using menus agreed with our Chef.
Experience in preparing fresh ingredients and familiarity with a range of cooking techniques is important. Relevant food preparation certification would be an asset.
