A b-leak outlook

Audlem is becoming the leak capital of East Cheshire.

Whitchurch Road

First we have the leak on Whitchurch Road which is sending water down towards the Weaver bridge. However, that's been "fixed" by installing ice warning signs, which will probably still be there in the summer.

Then we have the hole in the canal, which will probably remain resident until Easter.

Mill Lane Closed

And more recently a water leak appeared on Mill Lane near Swanbach Mill, and is getting steadily worse. But fear not, the problem has been solved by closing Mill Lane. That'll snooker all the drivers who believe their sat-nav, and think it's a short cut: which it certainly isn't if you meet a tractor coming the other way!
There are barriers at various places so that residents can get access, but as a through route, it is definitely closed.
No sign of diggers or United Utilities yet...
