The Audlem Zen Meditation Group meets on Mondays at 8pm. Zen is a form of Buddhism that emphasises meditation as a part of daily life. In recent years, 'mindfulness' training has become popular, and this is mostly based on Buddhist practices, particularly zen. To practise zen meditation, you don't have to believe anything special, you just have to sit!
