Wildlife meeting on Tuesday

AWEG, the Audlem Wildlife & Ecology Group, will be meeting on Tuesday, March 1st, in the Conservatory in the Bridge Inn.

The group normally meets every other month and discusses a range of wildlife issues. Tuesday's meeting will be reviewing a visit to Southport, Wildlife Recording Techniques based on a report on a recent Field Studies Council course, and progress on links to the Canal & River Trust and the job of the canal lengths man.

The meeting will also consider recent sightings around Audlem and will be making plans for a programme of trips and visits in 2016.

New members are always welcome. The meeting starts at 7.00pm and will be finished before the start of the Tuesday Night Quiz at The Lord Combermere.
