Whitchurch Road closed this morning

Whitchurch Road in Audlem could be closed all morning today.

A525 Whitchurch Road, Audlem between Copthorne Drive and Heywoods Ridge will be closed to enable Scottish Power to carry out essential tree pruning works.

The alternative route during the closure will be via; A529 Green Lane, A529 Adderley Road, A53, A41, A41 Heath Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained for
emergency vehicles and residents where possible.

It is anticipated that the works will take place this morning, Sunday 15th December 2013, between 09:00 – 12:00 hours.

The road closure notice will become operative on Sunday 15th December 2013 for a period of 5 days or for such less time as is necessary to enable the works to be completed.
