What's your favourite flavour combination?

Just one day to go now until we launch our sausage competition to find the perfect sausage to be crowned 'The Audlem Sausage'. On Saturday we will also be celebrating two years of trading at Oxtail and Trotter and to celebrate we will be cooking samples of our latest handmade sausage range.

And if you like cider then Winegeek will be offering tasters of their local Wrenbury Cider.

So why not come on down to the courtyard at No11 and have a taste and at the same time give us your entry for the perfect sausage flavour combination.

The competition will be running throughout the summer with the winning entry receiving 102 free sausages and an afternoon in the shop learning how to make sausages with expert sausage maker Zoe and head butcher Simon.
