January 2019 saw the Wrenbury & District Model Railway club celebrate its 5th birthday.

The Wrenbury club is extending its 00 layout using modular boards which measure just 48inches x 20, ideal for anyone short of space at home but when linked together create a much larger layout. Two of these boards have also been constructed for Brine Leas School which will mean whenever they visit they can link their two boards to the club layout.

To encourage youngsters to develop their interests a new membership has been created for a parent and child, reducing the cost considerably.

These will run alongside the clubs own N & 00 layouts.
