Wagyu beef is back

Earlier this week, we published the following news from Kate Pocock of Oxtail & Trotter which, with the weekend here, is worth a repeat:

We had a little "reminder" from one of our customers about updating the AudlemOnline web team when the Wagyu beef is in back in stock – so here is the heads up for all of our loyal Audlem followers – Wagyu is Back in Stock!

We have limited prime cuts so if you wish to secure some please contact us by phone to avoid disappointment at the weekend 01270 811793.

Fish at O&T

We will have a fine selection of fresh fish in at the weekend and always try and keep a small stock of fresh frozen fish in the display freezer for your mid-week requirements.

This week we will have the following fresh fish available:

• Salmon
• Plaice
• Cod
• Smoked Haddock
• Hake
• Sea bass
• Scallops
• Mackerel
• Fish pie mixes.

National Butcher's Week 23rd – 29th March

We are looking forward to celebrating the forthcoming National Butchers Week with a week of great offers in the shop.
