"FORENSICS OF A FLAT"REVIEW

Last Saturday at Audlem Public Hall, Touring Arts Visiting Audlem (TAVA) were very proud to host Francesca Millican-Slater with her show "Forensics of a Flat and Other Stories". We had people from far and wide as well as from the village come to see a piece of theatre which is being toured around the country within much larger venues such as the Birmingham Rep Theatre. 65 lucky people were treated to an amazing performance by Fran, below are listed a few quotes from those attending:

"Very warm, friendly, welcoming evening. Thank you."

"The performance was warm and engaging, easy and relaxed – but also very thought provoking and poignant at times. And funny! "

"The venue worked very well – relaxed atmosphere, very welcoming. A very enjoyable evening out."

"A really fabulous night and the show was a very original and absorbing piece of theatre. We were captivated throughout the whole performance. Such an emotive and at times moving performance. The venue was perfect and very welcoming, a warm & friendly atmosphere."

"It was a very entertaining, funny & sometimes moving evening! Very enjoyable."

TAVA bring 2 professional acts to the village each year, usually in the Spring and Autumn. We have now been operating for 10 years and although we started off by hosting children's shows in the village school, in more recent years we have branched out to bring those shows aimed at an adult audience as well.

Our next show will be in October and is a family entertainment show. If you have not been to see any of our hosted shows before you are missing out on high quality entertainment on your doorstep!

To ensure you do not miss out in the future if you send an email to tava.audlem@ymail.com we will put you on our mailing list.
TAVA is supported by Audlem Parish Council and Cheshire East Council. We also are supported from businesses within the village who kindly loan us their equipment and expertise.
