Staffing Update from St. James Primary

Dear Parents / Carers
STAFFING UPDATE

As you will be aware, Mrs Burgess has been on maternity leave since last February and Mrs Richardson has been teaching Pearl class in her absence.

Mrs Burgess will be returning to school at the end of this half term and will work with Mrs Richardson in a joint class teacher role teaching Pearl class until the end of this academic year, ensuring consistency for the Year 2 children in this class.

Mrs Richardson will continue to teach Pearl class on Mondays and Fridays all day and on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Mrs Burgess will teach the class for the remainder of the week.

In addition to this, Mrs Burgess will also be providing targeted intervention work for children in Year 1 and Year 2 from next half term.

We look forward to welcoming Mrs Burgess back to school.
