So the sun has shone for two days straight...not quite BBQ time but let's be honest we shouldn't miss the opportunity – knowing as we do that the British weather rarely does what it is supposed to at the right time!

We, as always are prepared for every weather eventuality at Oxtail & Trotter. If you don't see it on the counter – just ask. We can make menu ideas come to life and do a lot of the hard work for you – all you have to do is cook it.

Ready to Cook

If you are lacking inspiration and just need to buy something ready to cook we usually have a combination of the following available:

• Beef Patties with Black pepper sauce
• Pork, Cider & Apple Casserole
• Beef Bourguignon
• Marinated Thai Chicken (Cook in a bag)
• Marinated Indian Chicken (Cook in a bag)
• Steak Burgers
• Minted Lamb Koftas
• Chicken Stir Fry.

Not to mention the other obvious super quick meals that can be on the table in less than 30 minutes –

• Our delicious handmade, gluten-free sausages
• a selection of our finest steaks
• or a lamb chop.

Sauce Queen Sauces

We have plenty of the delicious Sauce Queen sauces in stock – perfect for your steaks. Brandy & Peppercorn, Diane sauce & a porcini mushroom are available. The porcini mushroom sauce is amazing with some pan fried pork tenderloin on a bed of fluffy rice & curly kale.

Fresh Fish Orders

We will be ordering in fresh fish on a Wednesday for Friday delivery, if you would like to order ahead please let us know.
