Slow Broadband

Over the weekend, several members of the webteam have been struggling with slow Broadband, to the extent that we have had difficulty posting stories, loading photos etc.

Our apologies for the relative lack of stories today but we wonder if others have suffered similar problems.

The speed seems to vary alarmingly, sometimes so slow you cannot get on to a website, then fine if you strike lucky while, curiously, a Broadband speed check has revealed speeds faster than ever experienced before. All very curious.

We suspect there is work going on to move the village over to Superfast Broadband and hope that is the cause. But, after the frustrations of the past few days, the super fast variety cannot come soon enough.
