Christine Pugh listed a black with white patch cat as missing in July.

We've just seen a cat in our garden in Hankelow of that description. It seemed to be a very hungry stray. We have five cats and often have strays eat here and sometimes stay.

We don't know how to contact Christine so could you let her know please. Thanks.

Christine Pugh's appeal was in early July and said:

"Our cat, by the name of Spot, is missing from Overwater Marina. Last seen midnight Thursday 25th June.

"He is of slight build, black with a white spot on the nape of his neck. He is timid and probably would not respond to a stranger's enticement but we would travel to wherever he has been seen to call him ourselves.

"He has been neutered and is identity chipped but does not wear a collar.

"We are very worried about him as he is new to the area and probably would not know how to retrace his steps and find us."
