Only five more weeks of Saturday morning classes to get that beach body!

Classes run as normal : 9.00am Dance Aerobics followed by 10.00 am Pilates, the last one being 28th June.

With so much going on over the summer, I have decided not to run the Saturday classes over July and August and plan to be back early September.

In the meantime, I am available for personal training or small group sessions should you have the space and a few of you want to get together, then let me know.

My idea for September is to run two classes, 10.00am Pilates followed by 10.50am Power Yoga Flow. With the classes being 45 minutes each (with a 5 minute
changeover) then a total of 90 minutes isn't really that much more than an hour for those of you wanting to do both!

I am also considering the possibility of a Wednesday or Thursday evening class, should a suitable hall be available – so if that is something you may be interested in, or know a good venue, then I would love to hear from you.

I would like to thank those who attend the classes regularly and look forward to seeing you over the next five weeks and again in September.
