Thank you to everyone who has supported The Pinfold during its first two weeks. It has been great to meet so many people and to see you enjoying the outdoor seating with this glorious weather.
On Saturday we are trying something slightly different. Over night tonight we will be slow cooking two delicious shoulders of pork from Oxtail and Trotter. We will serve the pork from 11.30am on rolls from Snapes Bakery with apple sauce and stuffing or coleslaw. Washed down with some cooling apple lemonade or a vanilla ice cream float.
We are also delighted that our new range of delicious cakes has arrived: we have raspberry cheesecake, chocolate and honeycomb torte and lemon meringue pie.
