Removing Wasps Nests

If anyone is having trouble with a wasps nest I would like to recommend Paul Jones. Very prompt service and for £45.00 he will even remove tiles off the house roof to gain access to the nest for removal (which he did at my sister's).

I didn't realise the queens in the nest go on to make more nests for the following year and so removal can be a better option! I have heard the council will remove them but not sure how prompt they would be or how thorough.
