Racy Local residents – Update

On the 25th / 26th July 2015 AudlemOnline published two articles about the Motor Cycle racing that local resident, Mike Harthern, and the then local GP, Russell Muirhead, were involved in at Oulton Park and Mallory Park.

Mike then went on to form Tech 2 racing which prepared Suzuki Racing Bikes for international riders such as David Jeffries.

Recently AudlemOnline was contacted by Richard Tracy who said he had located one of the Tech2 racing bikes in a Museum and had been able to buy it, with the intention of racing it again.He asked that we put him in touch with Mike Harthern, which we have done.

It seems Richard was based in Guildford, Surrey so AudlemOnline readership has a wide coverage!
The lower photograph shows the Bike as it is today ready for racing.
