As announced earlier, AudlemOnline is planning to host a Parliamentary candidates' debate in Audlem this Friday, 1st May, in the evening starting at 8.00pm.

The Eddisbury candidates representing the Conservative, Green, Labour, Liberal Democrat and UKIP parties have all agreed to attend.

AudlemOnline is making arrangements to film the debate which will take place in the Audlem Methodist Hall and, hopefully, transmit it live. Failing a live transmission, it will be shown soon after in full on AudlemOnline.

AudlemOnline readers and local residents are asked to put forward questions and we hope there will be an interesting mix of local and national issues raised in the debate.

If you have a question you would like to ask, and ideally one aimed at all the candidates, please email it to:
editor@audlem.org

Please include your name and a contact number.

Where a number of similar questions are sent in, we will try and combine them into one question.

At the start of the evening, each of the candidates will be asked to speak saying why they are standing, something about their background and their interests, and what they hope to achieve if elected.
