Are you looking for somewhere central to rent? If so, the flat in the Public Hall is expected to become vacant sometime before Christmas this year, and the Public Hall Management Committee is keen to hear from anybody who might be interested in renting it.

The flat, which is on three floors, includes a kitchen, two living rooms, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is let unfurnished, initially on a six-month lease, and is subject to one month's notice of termination thereafter.

There is a private courtyard adjoining the car park and a parking space is allocated in the public car park.

The use of the flat is not related to caretaking duties in the Hall itself.
