Looking after our communities is essential in ensuring our vulnerable people do not suffer adversely during the winter period.
All NHS organisations are keen to ensure they make best use of their resources, providing patients with the appropriate access to medical advice, support and treatment during this difficult period.
NHS South Cheshire and NHS Vale Royal Clinical Commissioning Groups want everyone to get ready and be prepared for winter so that they can enjoy the festive period.
Winter weather can be severe and can quickly disrupt our daily lives. By being aware and better prepared we can help families and communities to stay safe, warm and healthy.
With this in mind we wish to promote the Choose Well Campaign.
The campaign uses a colour coded thermometer as its logo and the aim of the campaign is to reduce the burden on all in-demand NHS services by helping people to associate the severity of their symptoms with a particular NHS service:
We would be grateful if you could promote the campaign as widely as possible so that the message can be disseminated across our communities.
