In this digital age, Cheshire Police are always looking at ways to inform members of the public relating to relevant information such as useful crime prevention advice, crimes that have taken place in your area, appeals and the day-to-day activities of your local officers

We understand that some people do not follow social media platforms and in some cases, people do not have access to mobile phones or the internet. We would ask local residents if you are aware of a neighbour or relative that will not receive police updates that you talk to them and remind them about home security and frauds. This is not to scare them, but to make sure they are ok and that they are locking doors and not giving out personal information such as bank details over the phone.

The police work hard with the community attending events to pass this type of information but we are aware we cannot get to everybody so we do rely on good community spirit.

Your local officers can be followed on social media. Audlem & Wybunbury Police on Facebook. @AudlemWybunPol on Twitter.

Alternatively, you can sign up to Cheshire Police Alert, which will send you alerts via e-mail or text message. Sign-up free today by visiting their website here
