Poetry Slam at The Bridge Inn

Perhaps there's no better way to report on the Poetry Slam than by PannyT's post on Chatbox:

I went to the Bridge Inn last night.
I'm so glad I did- what a delight!
There were lots of poets – was lots of fun.
That lad from Salford was the one that won.
An excellent start to this music event.
Get along to Audlem and pitch your tent!
