My teachers name I can't pronounce,
So I am not to blame,
When trying to say Miss Fluer#Bgounce,
It's never quite the same.

She thinks I try to taunt her,
With a silly childish game,
But honest Miss I try so hard,
Your name I can't explain.

My teachers name I can't pronounce,
So I am not to blame,
When trying to say Miss. Blurb4ounce~
I've done it once again.

When walking through the corridor,
She'll pass me and say hi,
"Hello Miss. Gerf%orridor"
And I blush and speed on by.

My teachers name I can't pronounce,
And I'm asked to stay behind.
That's it! Miss. Leer@er2ounce
Has finally drawn the line!

She sits there waiting at her desk,
No doubt I am in shame,
For at this point I know not how
To explain it's not a game.

My teachers name I can't pronounce,
Though she does not look annoyed,
"You wanted to see me Miss" I say,
Her name I must avoid...
She looks at me to my surprise,
With a smile across her face.
"I know my name you can't pronounce,
so from now on call me Grace".

My teachers name I can't pronounce,
But she's never made me feel,
That a little girl of 8 years old,
Should be stuck with this ordeal.
And now I'm moving classes,
I can finally say her name,
Miss. Grace is the alternative....

.....But I love my teacher all the same!
