Fancy a VIP tour of Cheshire Police headquarters? If you are aged between six and 15 you can be treated like a VIP by simply writing a poem.
In the lead-up to this year's Fire and Police Joint Community Engagement Event, a competition is being run to win a VIP tour of Cheshire Constabulary's Headquarters.
Police and Fire Service crews are looking for young people aged six-15 to write a poem about how they think Cheshire Police and Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service help to keep young people safe.
The competition has two age categories six-11 and 12-15 and the winners will be invited along with their families to the event and will receive a VIP tour of the Open Day and Cheshire Constabulary's Headquarters.
The winning poems will be published on both Cheshire Police and Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service website and will be displayed as part of the Superkids zone at the event.
Deadline for entries is Monday 2 September 2013 and winners will be notified by telephone week commencing 9 September 2013. You can get more details and enter the competition online by clicking here at Cheshire Poem Competition
