Victoria Consterdine yesterday, one day after her 40th birthday, completed the London Marathon in a new personal best time of 3hrs 50m.

Victoria was running on behalf of the NSPCC a cause that both she and the family feel very strongly about.

She has raised over two and a half thousand pounds from family and friends for the charity, a great effort.

By using modern technology we managed to follow her progress, tracking her every metre on the course. We did not manage to spot her on the BBC coverage, perhaps she should change her name to Paula!

AudlemOnline adds: A great effort. We will also be pleased to publish information about other local runners in the Marathon.
