Overwater's Advent Amble

Throughout Advent the Overwater Marina office team have been walking a mile a day -- their Advent Amble, organised by Carol Johnson, to raise funds to buy toys for children who are taken into care over the Christmas period.

Pau Run and Ride laid down the gauntlet to the marina staff to support their charity toy collection and they have risen to it magnificently with the Marina business itself and many of its customers donating money and toys.

Janet and Angus Maughan of Overwater say " It's been great for our team to have a reason to get out and about walking their mile during December.

They've been out in every weather and it makes us immensely proud to see what they've achieved and to support such a worthy cause.

We're also very thankful to Matt at Pau Run and Ride for organising and letting us join in on their toy collection.
