As part of the art exhibition at the Audlem Festival, opening this afternoon after the wedding (expected to finish by 2.00pm at the latest), we have the greatest pleasure of presenting a very unique display of tremendous art. There is an amazing range of work on show, some of which will astound you.

Mike Reeves has allowed us to exhibit some of his wonderful pieces and the centre piece will be a superb three dimensional work of the Last Supper, seen here, crafted in a material you would never ever imagine being used.

We will not tell you just for now what was used to create this truly magnificent work of original art, but, on the opening day of what will be the best ever exhibition we have had the pleasure of presenting here in Audlem, all will be revealed.

Mike Reeves is an emeritus head of art of Woodford Lodge and is now the Chief Moderator for the AQA examining board for art and design for all of the North West. A veritable fine artist and his work will be on display in the Methodist Church Hall.

Liz Haughey, Christine Johnson and Ralph Warburton. Festival Arts Committee.
