The next planning application?

Audlem Online has received chatbox messages and e-mails from residents who have observed surveying activity in and around Mill Lane. This is one of the sites included in the SHLAA list.

A local resident told us "Today there is a surveyor in Mill Lane and the fields off the Salford. Having spoken to him he is conducting a topographical survey and flood risk assessment of the area. He tells me it's on behalf of the land owner. The photo shows his equipment in the bridle lane at northern end of Mill Lane."

Its seems it is only a matter of time before the next speculative planning proposal arrives.
