Just as you may be tiring of the Gladman appeal, AudlemOnline has found that Hockenhull Ltd, the developers wishing to build 26 properties off Heathfield Road, are planning to appeal to the Secretary of State against Cheshire East's rejection of their latest plan by the Southern Planning committee.

It is expected, we are told, that the Appeal will be made in about three weeks time with an Inquiry to follow, possibly many months later.

As with the Gladman plan, Hockenhull Ltd have been turned down twice by Cheshire East, firstly last October by the Strategic Planning Board and then on April 9th by the council's Southern Planning committee.

More when we have more details. It seems as if the Parish Council and residents will be kept very busy by developers for many months to come.
