Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee

The Steering Committee to oversee the production of the Neighbourhood Plan has been appointed, following a general meeting on October 13th of those who volunteered to take part.

The Committee will be

• Roger Cole
• Steve Elliott
• David Griffiths
• John Stead
• Carolyn Whittingham

On 30th October the Steering Committee is to meet John Heselwood from Cheshire Community Action who will act as our adviser through the process. They have already posed some technical questions to John which they hope he will be able to answer and will find out more about Cheshire East's thinking about the Fast Track timetable.

The Steering Committee will then come to some conclusions about their recommended 'action plan'. They will probably hold a Public meeting to present the outline to residents and get their feedback about what is being proposed before setting up working groups to manage the next stage of the project.
