There was amazing live music yesterday at the Beer Festival at The Lord Combermere with big crowds appreciating some fabulous sets from top bands.

Today, Bank Holiday Monday, the Beer Festival continues with more live music plus a fabulous selection of ales, cider and perry, plus BBQ treats to keep you going.

The top photo shows the Rainband, a top Manchester band that tours all over Europe but loves coming to Audlem. They laid on a fantastic set.

And then yesterday afternoon's music continued with Jim Kirkpatrick who, at the last minute, had assembled Heavy Weather, always great favourites playing in Audlem – see the second photo.

Today's music programme is:

Monday 31st August:

  • 1.30pm: Ray Butcher Quartet
  • 3.30pm: The Eyres
  • 6.00pm: James McGrath
  • 9.00pm: Mark Stevens

Is there a better way to spend a Bank holiday Monday?
