Moseley's Yard wins quality award

Muller Property has won an LABC Built-In Quality Award at the annual Cheshire Districts 2008 awards scheme, for its canal-side development, Moseley's Yard in Audlem.

Nominated by Crewe & Nantwich Borough Council, Muller were chosen due to high standards in construction and a commitment to quality. The developer was presented with the Built-In Quality Award within the Volume Housing category at an awards ceremony at Cranage Hall in Holmes Chapel.

Co-ordinated by the Local Authority Building Control Services in Cheshire, the awards scheme, now in its tenth year, recognises contractors who consistently deliver high standards of construction and workmanship in the industry. This benchmark for success is fast becoming the most highly regarded and envied accolade in all sectors of the construction industry.

Moseley's Yard consists of 18 three-storey homes and apartments, as well as three retail units, one of which is already home to the Co-op store. Set around an attractive courtyard, the town houses feature luxurious first floor sun terraces, overlooking the Shropshire Union Canal.
