More on the pregnant ewe rescue

Following up on the story yesterday about the rescue of a pregnant ewe, a reader who wishes to remain anonymous (what is it about 'sheep' stories!) says:

"Regarding the sheep stuck on its back, in Yorkshire this is known as a 'Riggwelter' or said to be riggwelted, ie unable to get off its back without help.

"Probably why Black Sheep Brewery gave this name to its strong ale!"
