The APHAx (Audlem Public Hall Annexe) Committee is very glad to announce more sizeable funding donations recently received towards the £100,000 contribution which we need to find to go with the £607,000 Big Lottery Fund grant we hope to be able to announce soon.

Nantwich Round Table

Santa Claus and his team of elves toured Audlem over Christmas and as a result of the generous donations they collected, the Nantwich Round Table has donated £1000 towards the APHAx project.

Bridge Club event

Half the proceeds of a recent Bridge Charity Event, organised by Bob Bennion and the Audlem Bridge Club, were donated to the APHAx project, which adds another £750 towards the target

Williams Family Foundation

A grant of £1500 has been received from the Williams Family Foundation, specifically towards the costs of the furniture in the ADCA/Small Meeting room in the Annexe.

The Williams Family Foundation's website states that:
"The Williams Family Foundation began in 2014, set up by a family who wished to give something back to their local community. The family has roots in North Wales but have lived in West Cheshire for some years and so these two geographical areas are the focus of their charitable support.

"The Foundation provides grants to local registered charities that are really making a difference to people's lives. By funding individual projects the aim is to help local charities to achieve their goals.
We support charities that help people within our community. In particular we focus on charities that aid those in need, including young people, the elderly, people with learning or physical disabilities and people of ill health.

"Our efforts will go into funding projects that we believe will benefit our target groups and have a positive impact on the lives of these individuals"
