Yesterday's broadcast on BBC1's Breakfast Show has touched the hearts of many. These are a small fraction of the messages flooding in:

"One cannot help but be both amazed and encouraged by this vision of a community pulling together for one of its own."
"To see the support from family, friends & the whole village shows there is love and hope for everyone."
"Wonderful to see such a marvellous community getting together for one purpose. Well done to you all and let's hope more are inspired to sing rather than be in conflict."

"Your village's rendering of Amazing Grace was so moving – I hope it gives great comfort to your Mum and proves a great success as a fund raiser."

"I wish I lived in your village! What a wonderful community."
"Well done on raising awareness, I'm sure you've now captured the whole of the uk not just Audlem. Good luck to you all."
"Amazing Grace... Amazing effort by all involved. You should be really proud."

"Just saw you on Breakfast. You have an amazing community, and should be very proud of yourselves!"
"Just saw your interview on BBC breakfast, what an amazing thing for a whole village to do, also watched the performance on you tube and loved it."
"After seeing this on BBC this morning we had to search for your amazing video online. Wishing you all the success to raising the money and our love to your family. We will be sharing your video to raise awareness."

And from Germany: "Wishing you all the luck in the world from Germany! We are spreading your amazing video everywhere."

Other messages of goodwill have arrived from Canada, USA, Germany, Holland and Australia.

We could have included many more. It's all very moving that Berni, her family and the community of Audlem have captured the hearts and generosity of so many.

Our apologies that we have not been able to capture a clip from the programme yesterday. It has not gone up on iPlayer and that is the vital link we need.

Single download coming soon

With many comments requesting the song as a digital download, the MOM team have been working closely with Jim Kirkpatrick who has kindly assisted the team to publish the 'Amazing Grace' single on iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, Amazon Music and a whole host of popular digital music websites.

Watch out x-factor, Audlem's community singers are chasing you for that number one slot!
