Lord Combermere and J&W Motors site work

Refurbishment work on the Lord Combermere starts on Monday 19th September and will last for around seven weeks. The new lessee has the White Bear in Whitchurch and the Sheet Anchor in Baldwins Gate and will be aiming to bring a similar standard to the Lord Combermere. There will be a grand opening night in November.

The old J&W Motors site at Chapel End will also be a hive of activity as the developers start to demolish the petrol station on the 19th September in preparation for the building of three houses.
